Cancellation Policy
All deposits are non-refundable.
I kindly ask clients to provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a charge of 50% of the scheduled service amount.
** Clients who fail to attend their appointment without notice ("no-shows") will be charged the full base price of the scheduled service(s).
